My girls and I love hot chocolate. They love it so much, that if they could have it every day they would, but I choose to serve it to them only as a treat.
So, since we've spent the past week under the weather and in the house, I thought it would be a great pick me up to surprise them with Hot Chocolate Cupcakes. The fun part would be making them. Isabella always enjoys making snacks and treats that are easy for kids to do. It's nice that Gabriella is now old enough to pitch in.
Making the cupcakes was very easy and they taste absolutely delicious.
Perfect for this season.
