This week our fun snack was my all time favorite.
Watergate Salad!
Anyone who knows me and has been to any party of mine will tell you, there is never a shortage of this delicious treat on my watch. I absolutely love it.
A few years back, when Isabella was a baby, I did a blog post about Watergate Salad, and it was my pleasure to teach her how to make it now that she is four years old. We had a great time.
This recipe is easy and fun. Perfect for any kid!

I just love the fun YouTube videos and your adorable daughter "cooking" the recipes. Such a great recipe for kids. I actually remember eating Watergate Salad at parties and in school. Its fruity and tasty. Thanks for posting the recipe.
December 11, 2010 at 3:00 AMThe name "Watergate Salad" had me going, I thought it was a green salad with lettuce. Green salad with pistachio pudding is much more likely to get kids involved. Awesome job, Isabella!
December 11, 2010 at 12:32 PMI love this! I love any salad with mini marshmallows. It reminds me of a green ambrosia!! Delish!! And I get to see the lovely Isabella.

I've never heard of Watergate Salad and like @Ofelia I thought it was an actual salad.
December 11, 2010 at 2:03 PMMy boys would love this type of salad, especially because they could make it on their own!
Great job Isabella! She's a natural :)
LOL.. I thought this was a lettuce or greens salad. I had no idea this was a dessert. Sounds good.
