Today is National Wear Red Day! And what a fun time we all had. I spent some time visiting with some of my co-workers and friends who were wearing their red, but also taking pictures of them in it and me in mine!
Today is an extra special day to me, because I am a huge advocate of heart health, I used my time to encourage others to wear their red to support the campaign, but also learn more about heart disease.
As you can see, a lot of people got involved in spreading the message and they had a great time showing it!
Tonight, I took the opportunity to tell my heart story a long with many other women at the Go Red For Women Casting Call in Nashville. The turnout was great and the American Heart Association along with some sponsors provided great activities and prizes to attendees.
